
ABOUT ARJUN MENON
Arjun Menon has a distinguished career in the performing arts, spanning over 10 years of experience in performing, choreographing, and teaching both in India and overseas. He serves as the Principal dancer of Navdhara India Dance Theatre, the only Indian dance company to tour internationally for contemporary dance. Their travels have taken them to prestigious venues such as the Nelson Mandela Theatre in South Africa, Suzanne Dellal Theatre in Israel, and numerous theaters across America, Germany, Bahrain, Turkey, Canada, Mexico, and China.
Arjun has also played a pivotal role in curriculum development and studio management, overseeing 600 students at The Dancewor Performing Arts Academy. His teaching repertoire includes Jazz, Contemporary, ballet (major placement technique), and Prana Paint & Flow—a unique approach that explores movement through connectivity,

yoga, breath, and touch.
He has extended his teaching expertise to institutions like Theatre Chemnitz and Vuyani Dance Theatre, conducting workshops internationally in Canada, Mexico, Turkey, and China. Arjun has additionally made significant contributions to stage and cinema, having choreographed for seven feature films and numerous stage productions.
